Welcome to HRM Limo & Airport Cab Service. By booking our services, using our website, or interacting with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.


1. Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations can be made via our website, phone, or email.

  • A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.

  • Prices are provided upfront and are all-inclusive unless otherwise stated.

  • HRM Limo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in cases of incomplete information, fraudulent activity, or safety concerns.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup location without notice) will be charged the full fare.


3. Delays & Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups include complimentary wait time (e.g., 30 minutes for domestic flights, 60 minutes for international flights).

  • For non-airport pickups, a 15-minute grace period is provided. Additional waiting time may incur charges.

  • HRM Limo is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully during the ride.

  • No smoking, drug use, or unlawful activity is permitted in our vehicles.

  • Any damages to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in charges to cover repair/cleaning costs.


5. Safety & Liability

  • All passengers must wear seatbelts where provided.

  • HRM Limo is not responsible or liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged luggage, baggage, or personal belongings. Passengers are entirely responsible for taking care of and monitoring their own items during the trip.

  • While we strive for punctuality, HRM Limo is not liable for missed flights, meetings, or events due to unforeseen delays.


6. Payments & Fees

  • All major credit cards and other approved payment methods are accepted.

  • Tolls, parking, or additional stops requested during the ride may result in extra charges.

  • Gratuity is optional unless otherwise stated in the booking.


7. Use of Website

  • Content on our website (text, images, branding) is the property of HRM Limo and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

  • We may update prices, policies, or terms at any time without prior notice.


8. Amendments

HRM Limo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
