2. Which areas do you serve?
HRM Limo proudly serves Long Island, Nassau County, Suffolk County, and all NYC boroughs, including transfers to and from JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, and local Long Island airports.
3. Do you track flight arrivals for airport pickups?
Yes ✅ We monitor all incoming flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra cost.

Absolutely. All HRM Limo chauffeurs are professionally trained, licensed, insured, and background-checked for your safety and comfort.
8. Do you offer child car seats?
Yes 👶 Car seats are available upon request at the time of booking. Please let us know your requirements in advance.
9. Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?
No 🚭 Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all HRM Limo vehicles.
10. Can I make changes to my reservation?
Yes, changes can be made (pickup time, location, vehicle type, etc.) by contacting us at least 12 hours prior to your trip (subject to availability).
